Could our Government do any more damage? Seriously?
It's getting out of hand, I'm afraid. When is someone going to stand up and Say 'Enough'? We sit back and we watch as they rearrange the Constitution, destroy the meaning of Freedom. Where is our freedom now?
It's locked up underneath Obama's desk, that's where it is. Along with freedom of Speech and our lovely Right to Bear Arms.
What happened to United We Stand, Divided We Fall?
This nation isn't UNITED. We're all running around in different directions, taking sides and ruining what our forefathers created. We're ignoring what REALLY matters.
Plus, we're taking order from a bunch of old guys in black robes. How creepy is THAT?
Our religions are at war as well. So much so, that the more they compete, the more the faith wavers. It puts a new perspective into place and makes you think 'Is all of this REALLY true?'
We are so blinded by the new things, that we leave behind the abused ones. We turn away from a friend because they can't afford to hang out with you.
Or shut the door on a teenager in crutches. Watch as a mother of three struggles with watching her kids and juggling the groceries because she can't afford to buy a CAR.
What about the people lining the street corners? They can't afford houses. They can't afford school, so they can't get a job. Without a job, they have no money.
And I share with you a quote from a movie I watched just last night, only because it got me thinking.
"One day, somebody's got to make a stand. One day, somebody's got to say ENOUGH."
And so, I leave you with that.
Tra-la-la peoples,
Lynn

darlin you cant have liberty and security at the same time. you kind of have to pick one. and i do not see you picking up a gun to take out the threats to our security. and don't say they are the ones in the suits. they are using the crisis as and excuse to gain power and money. but if we took care of the real problem we could easily take them down because they aren't walking around with bombs strapped to their chests.
